Melting & Casting

High-quality brass scrap is melted in modern induction furnaces to produce premium-grade brass alloys. The molten metal is poured into precise molds for casting, ensuring uniform composition and strength. Through strict quality control and efficient recycling, we transform scrap into durable, high-performance brass components for various industrial applications.

Raw Material Unit

Raw Material Storage Unit is organized to maintain the highest standards of material integrity. We store premium brass grades such as CuZn39Pb3, CW614N, CW617N, C36000, and C37700, along with sorted non-ferrous metals like copper, zinc, and aluminum. Controlled conditions and systematic labeling ensure purity, traceability, and uninterrupted production of superior-quality brass components.

Forging Unit

The Forging Unit at Divine Brass produces high-strength brass components through controlled hot forging. Billets are heated in induction furnaces and forged using precision dies to improve grain structure and mechanical properties. Post-forge trimming, machining and heat treatment ensure dimensional accuracy and durability. Strict inspection and surface finishing, including plating options, guarantee leak-proof, corrosion-resistant parts. The unit supports large-scale production with consistent quality and timely delivery and compliance to standards.

Machine Unit 1

Advanced multi-axis CNC lathes and milling centers to produce precision brass components. Skilled operators program and monitor automated cycles for tight tolerances, complex geometries, and repeatable quality. Operations include turning, milling, drilling, threading, and surface finishing. In-process inspection with calibrated gauges and CMMs ensures dimensional accuracy. Efficient tooling, optimized feeds, and preventive maintenance deliver high-volume output with consistent precision and fast turnaround.

Machine Unit 2

Manual machines at Divine Brass manufacture standard fittings and bar-based components with dependable precision. Capable of maintaining accuracy to ±100 microns, these versatile machines are easily retooled and modified to meet custom dimensions and production needs. Operated by experienced technicians and supported by regular maintenance, the manual line offers a cost-effective solution for small batches, specialized parts, and rapid prototyping and enhanced traceability, while ensuring consistent quality and on-time delivery.

Final Inspection and Packaging

Every component undergoes a rigorous final inspection to ensure it meets precise dimensional, visual, and performance standards. Using advanced measuring instruments and gauges, trained inspectors verify accuracy, threads, finish, and overall quality. Approved products are then carefully cleaned, polished, and packed using anti-corrosion materials, labeled as per customer requirements, and securely boxed for safe transport. This process ensures only flawless, ready-to-use components reach our customers.

Supporting Facility

Mechanical Testing Lab

Laboratory testing plays an essential role throughout the entire product life cycle in research and development, qualification, manufacturing and operations. Our testing solutions include: Definition of test specifications, Execution of tests, Expert support such as results interpretation, failure analysis and recommendation of material and design and production of ad-hoc testing means to meet specific needs.

Microstructure Testing

The structure of a material can be described through its micro structure and crystal structure. Micro structures of metals and alloys have an immense impact on materials properties. Therefore, understanding grain micro structures and their changes due to re crystallization and grain growth is of great importance since a change in micro structure leads to a change of the materials properties. Our metallurgical microscopes and software are capable enough for capturing images and making measurements.

Chemical Testing Lab

Our accredited material testing lab is fully equipped with highly technical staff & machines to test Metals and Alloys. The data and test results can determine for their intended applications and meet the requirements of regulatory agencies, design engineers or a business quality programs. Test specimens and samples are prepared right in our lab for efficient turnaround.
